Our client is an established payments organisation providing online and POS solutions to the retail market in the UK and Europe. They are looking for a Business Support Executive to join the team in London. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the London office, to be point of contact for all customers and to manage a portfolio of accounts. This role would suit someone who has previously worked in office management or support who is comfortable with external customers and would like to gain more experience in account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for all client inquires, taking calls and dealing with incoming/outgoing issues
  • Providing ongoing support to the sales and management teams, including arranging meetings, managing diaries, and assisting in travel arrangement when required
  • To be responsible for the daily running of the office
  • Assisting in event organisation when required
  • Marking up and amending documents, creating, and populating tables, schedules and agendas
  • Create/update both internal and external documentation around products
  • Contribute to projects where required

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong Computer skills and experience using MS Office tools
  • Customer centric approach with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload and to identify high priority tasks
  • Previous experience in customer support and/or office management highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Outside the box thinking, showing initiative
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in relationship or account management would be a bonus
