Our client, an award winning mobile development company are looking for a strategic account manager to join their team in Bristol. This role is perfect for someone who has drive and passion for innovative technology solutions and to continue their career in account management.  You will be a self starter who enjoys client interaction – our client is really looking for someone who can leverage strong relationships with existing clients.

The role:

  • To identify clients’ business needs and work with the strategy consulting team
  • Managing a communications strategy with each client to review roadmaps and business opportunities.
  • Performing reports around business understanding and data from analytics
  • To stay updated with industry knowledge to develop growth on your portfolio of clients
  • To oversee a portfolio of clients, as well as cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Build and manage an active sales pipeline from existing key accounts
  • Maintain the database showing business pipeline management and forecasting
  • To work collaboratively and support the project and product management team as well as technical internal stakeholders

The experience:

  • Strong experience of relationship and stakeholder management
  • To work comfortably with senior management (internal and with clients)
  • Proven experience of increasing revenue in existing accounts
  • Exceptional writing skills are a requirement. You will be expected to write and review documents, proposals, and presentations on a regular basis.
  • A passion for technology is essential
  • Presentation and communication skills are essential
  • Ideally will have professional experience in a digital environment or working in an agency
